Whether as coordinator or partner, we contribute strategy, methodology, implementation and evaluation to collaborative projects across Europe and beyond.
We work with organisations that want to create better opportunities for young people through collaboration, innovation and evidence-informed practice. Depending on the project, we can coordinate consortia or contribute specialised expertise throughout the full project cycle, from design to implementation, evaluation and knowledge transfer.
What we bring
- European project experience. More than a decade of experience delivering collaborative projects across Erasmus+, CERV, Creative Europe, Horizon Europe and other international programmes, with particular expertise in Youth, Vocational Education and Training, Adult Education and cross-sectoral cooperation.
- Proposal design informed by evaluation. Our experience as proposal evaluators helps us design projects that are not only competitive but also realistic, coherent, impactful and implementable.
- Participatory methodology development. We design, test and improve educational resources, curricula, toolkits, digital platforms and learning methodologies with young people and professionals.
- Training and capacity building. We deliver learning experiences for young people, youth workers, educators, and organisations.
- Meaningful youth participation. We facilitate consultations, co-creation processes, dialogue with decision-makers and participatory spaces where young people’s perspectives influence both projects and practice.
- Evaluation and organisational learning. We integrate indicators, validation, evidence collection and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle rather than treating evaluation as a final reporting exercise.
- Communication with purpose. We develop communication and dissemination strategies that make project results accessible, useful and capable of reaching both public audiences and institutional stakeholders.
- Our partnerships span more than twenty (20) countries and territories, including collaboration with regions that remain under-represented in European cooperation programmes.
