Our objective

To understand what changes through our work, use that evidence to improve future interventions and communicate results transparently. Evaluation is not the end of a project. It is part of how we continue learning.

Lines of action

  • Defining indicators, baselines and expected outcomes from the start of each intervention.
  • Measuring change through baseline, final and follow-up evaluation where appropriate.
  • Collecting testimonials, stories of change, case studies and other qualitative evidence alongside quantitative data.
  • Testing and validating methodologies, resources and digital tools with the people who use them.
  • Monitoring how educational resources are adopted, adapted and applied.
  • Using evaluation findings to improve future projects, methodologies and organisational practice.
  • Communicating impact through evidence, data and lessons learned.

Who we work with

  • Young people and professionals taking part in evaluating and validating activities and resources.
  • Implementing teams and partner organisations.
  • Organisations and administrations that apply or replicate the tools developed.
  • Anyone with an interest in the results of our work.
