The VOCCESS Online project aims to support the career guidance of young people through innovative digital tools that can be integrated into their daily lives. The main goal is to help them identify their vocation and determine which professions or studies best match their skills and interests, promoting their professional and educational development.
The project, which involved partners from Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Macedonia, and Turkey, was coordinated by Backslash and had close collaboration with the youth organizations and employment workshops in Quart de Poblet.
Among the main results of the project are an innovative career guidance methodology, an online course, and a profiling software that creates personalized career profiles. These resources facilitate career decision-making and are designed to adapt to different socio-educational contexts.
The project held meetings in several European cities and concluded with a final event in Quart de Poblet (Valencia, Spain) to present the results, engage more participants, and share the main recommendations for public employment policies with political representatives.
