The Entrepreneur+ project focuses on fostering the development of entrepreneurial skills among European youth, especially those with an interest in developing their own projects. It seeks to train youth professionals to offer innovative and quality learning programmes that enhance entrepreneurial skills in their communities. It also promotes the active participation of youth through practical activities such as business idea competitions and local volunteering projects, thus strengthening their entrepreneurial mindset.

As part of the project, innovative and accessible educational tools were developed for young people and youth professionals. These include the board game “Future Entrepreneur” , which interactively simulates the creation and management of a business; a training methodology and an activity manual, “From idea to project” , which guides trainers in teaching entrepreneurship values in an interactive and participatory way; a collection of short videos , “Entrepreneurship…but in 2 minutes”, designed to capture the attention of youth through social networks; and a practical manual, “How to finance your own volunteering project” , which accompanies those who wish to launch community projects.

The impact of the project has been reflected in the strengthening of the youth entrepreneurship skills. Thanks to the activities organised, such as the training held in Cluj Napoca, 22 young people from different European countries were able to train for a week to learn how to develop their projects thanks to the resources generated, creating an intensive learning environment that, in addition to developing their skills, made the participants foster their entrepreneurial spirit, gaining confidence to face business and social challenges.
