EUYouth4EUGoals

The #EUYOUTH4EUGOALS project aims to promote the active engagement of young people in activities that encourage debate and critical thinking around the 11 European Youth Goals. In line with the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027, the project aims to raise awareness and empower young people from different European countries to actively contribute to the implementation of these goals, thus strengthening their civic participation and their preparedness to face future challenges.

The project revolves around a series of transnational workshops that brought together young people from Italy, Romania, Germany, Spain, Greece and Lithuania. These activities not only promoted the exchange of experiences and cooperation in international contexts, but also facilitated the creation of practical tools that reinforce knowledge on EU youth policies.

Achievements include the increased awareness of the 250 young people and youth professionals on the issues addressed who participated in the 12 international workshops, the development of competences to work in transnational contexts and a greater involvement of youth organisations in initiatives integrating the youth perspective. In addition, through the workshops we have had an impact on other youth organisations to which the youth professionals and young participants belonged in their home towns.
