Turning Digital aims to create an online learning platform for adults, helping trainers to digitalize their programs and students to acquire professional skills for the labor market. Trainers or teachers can find online tools to improve their teaching, while students have access to free and useful training for their employability.
The project seeks to provide an innovative employability approach to an online training pathway in various professions, especially those in high demand in today’s society. In this way, the goal is to work with teachers or trainers to introduce them to new digital methodologies, but also to offer a more practical view of this training to the adults taking it, giving them the opportunity to expand their knowledge and renew themselves professionally.
As a result of the project, an Educators’ Center and an Online Education Curriculum were created, materials that can enhance and develop the capabilities of trainers to deliver high-quality online adult education, focusing on employability in growing professions.
