Backslash Showcases ArchiLab at the “European VET Digital Learning Forum”

On 15 October 2025, Backslash had the opportunity to present the ArchiLab project at the “European VET Digital Learning Forum”, organised by the European Vocational Education and Training Association (EVETA). The session brought together professionals and organisations from across the European vocational education and training (VET) sector and offered a stimulating platform to share how ArchiLab is helping bridge the digital skills gap in VET.

During the presentation, Backslash introduced the project’s mission to empower educators and learners to design, create, and manage effective e-learning environments. The team outlined the key challenges the project addresses, such as the lack of structured training in digital pedagogy and instructional design, and presented the concrete outcomes achieved so far, including the development of a comprehensive non-formal VET curriculum and the upcoming launch of ArchiLab’s interactive e-learning modules.

The Forum provided a great opportunity to connect with VET practitioners, trainers and digital education experts, many of whom expressed keen interest in using ArchiLab’s tools and methodology in their own institutions. By sharing practical examples and innovative teaching approaches, Backslash highlighted how ArchiLab contributes to modernising VET systems across Europe through accessible, inclusive and future-ready learning solutions.

The visibility gained during this event marks an important milestone for the project, expanding its network and reinforcing its role in shaping the next generation of e-learning architects in vocational education.
