Before They Hate: Empowering Youth to Combat Hate Speech

The Before They Hate (B4H8) project, co-funded by the European Union, unites organizations from across Europe to confront hate speech, discrimination, and misogyny targeting young people. Led by the Icelandic organization Ofsi, in partnership with Connect International (Belgium), St Paul’s Youth Forum (Scotland), the Center for Digital Pedagogics (Denmark), and Backslash (Spain), the initiative equips youth professionals with innovative tools to foster a more inclusive society.

Through a comprehensive methodology and an interactive online platform, B4H8 supports youth professionals by providing both theoretical knowledge and practical tools. This includes digital and in-person activities designed to raise awareness and drive impactful change.
