The first Spanish edition of the MOBIUS training: from idea to project

We’ve just closed the first Spanish edition of MOBIUS, an online training that walks young people through developing their own social innovation project, step by step. Ten people took part, with very different starting points: some already had an idea half-formed, others came with just an interest in doing something for their community.
Over several weeks, the training combined self-paced online modules with live sessions, giving participants the tools to move from a vague concern about a social issue to something closer to an actual project: who it’s for, how it would work, what it would take to sustain it.
Alongside the modules, participants could request one-to-one tutoring sessions whenever they needed to talk through a specific doubt or get direct feedback on where their idea was heading.
Those who wanted to could present their idea at a final session, which also featured a guest speaker, Arnau Mallol, who shared his own path in social entrepreneurship: a useful, close-to-home reference for a group just starting to explore this world.
Based on how they performed throughout the training, two participants were selected to take part in an international training in Greece in July.
The training is available at project-spaces.eu/mobius for anyone who wants to take it.
The MOBIUS project is co-funded by the European Union.
