ConnectEd: Bridging Minds, Building Communities

ConnectED: Bridging Minds, Building Communities aims to strengthen the capacities of youth workers to support young people in taking control of their learning, promoting their mental and emotional well-being and fostering strong relationships with peers and key figures in their lives. This project seeks to integrate informal learning practices into more formal education systems, using innovative digital formats to make it accessible and effective.

With a focus on collaboration and skills development, ConnectED will design an educational methodology that will include specific learning materials on mental health, life skills and community building. These materials will be tested in workshops with young people, allowing strategies to be refined according to their needs and realities.

Project outcomes include the creation of digital resources for youth workers and young people, strengthening the competencies of over 150 participants, and providing practical recommendations for improving youth work practices. These initiatives not only empower young people to take an active role in their learning but also foster more inclusive and resilient communities, adapted to the demands of the modern world.
