We are opening a selection process for our European project implementation team

This September, Backslash is starting a new selection process to add another person to the European project implementation team.

This position is focused on supporting the implementation of our ongoing European projects (primarily Erasmus+ ). Responsibilities include implementing activities with young people and youth professionals, writing dissemination, impact, and quality reports, translating project materials, liaising with target groups and partner organizations, coordinating participant attendance at training sessions and activities, and developing methodological materials, among other tasks.

The selected candidate will join on a part-time basis with a salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for the third sector, with the possibility of a gradual increase to full-time and long-term continuity within the team. At Backslash we offer ongoing training and support throughout the onboarding process, both in the technical aspects of the projects and in understanding the organization. We are a team of people who have been working together steadily for a considerable time, and we are committed to providing support so that the new hire can become a long-term part of the project we have been building together for years.

Among the requirements, knowledge of youth participation and non-formal education is especially valued, as well as a fluent level of English (minimum B2), availability to travel, and an affinity with the values we work with at Backslash: sustainability, feminism, inclusion, participation…

Previous experience in Erasmus+ Youth projects and training in social sciences will also be valued.
