Making sure young people with diverse profiles and circumstances, especially those facing the greatest barriers, can reach learning and participation opportunities adapted to their needs.

  • Adapting materials, spaces, formats and methodologies.
  • Removing economic, social, territorial, linguistic and digital barriers.
  • Working with local and specialist organisations and professionals.
  • Providing resources and support to organisations working with young people with fewer opportunities.

  • Young people with fewer opportunities.
  • Young people from rural and peripheral areas with less access to European programmes, including Overseas Countries and Territories in certain actions.
  • Professionals and organisations working directly with these groups.
